total soy became my total way

My wife mentioned wanting to start a powdered drink diet. Being the good husband I decided to look at what they had at sams and experiment while she keeps failing at each diet attempt she tries. I picked up total soy (vanilla) and decide to try it. Now I didn't need to lose weight but it wouldn't hurt if I lost a few lbs. The very first day I used it for breakfast, it didn't taste bad but it didn't fight my hunger either. I also took it for lunch. I was hungry all day and very thirsty. I am finding you need to drink a lot of water, it seems to dry out my mouth.Unlike my wife's diets, she doesn't eat much all day, not so with total soy. Although for me I was very hungry, I pushed through my day knowing that I can eat a normal dinner, and it tasted so good. I lost 2 pounds that first day and 2 pounds every day for 3 days. My hunger pains weren't as bad as a couple days went by, and when i did eat, i wasn't eating as much. I am now only using total soy for breakfast, I have a light lunch and a normal dinner. For some people it might fight their hunger, for me it doesn't but I can go with out eating anything knowing that dinner will be good.I started at 230lbs 6 foot tall, I am now 220lbs, still the same height, I lost 10 lbs in exactly one week. But that isn't all, I used to never stop working, or playing. i am 43yrs old and worn out, well until. With total soy I have lots of energy, which i need with a brand new baby, and I feel like I did 15 years ago. I am getting more work done, I am not wore out after work and I am not as crabby as I have been, I can focus better. It has improved my life, I suggest taking it just to feel young again.

I had a friend who used a higher cost name brand in prep for her weight loss surgery. She lost 7 lbs in 1 week. While strolling through the vitamin aisle at Sam's I ran across this gem, Naturade Total soy. The price was right ($20 for a 3 lbs 11.58 oz) for a 47 servings bag. I purchased the vanilla and the chocolate. I eat a regular breakfast and a lite lunch. I used the protein shake as a dinner replacement and as a snack. I have lost 5 lbs since in 6 days. The taste is wonderful. My appetite is under control. The powder is sometimes lumpy,but it smooths out the longer you shake or blend. What I do is before I leave for work I make a 16oz batch and put it in the "fridge" to cool and thicken.

OUTSTANDING

I found this product at Sam's Club and tried it. I lost 20 pounds in 5 weeks. I only had to lose the spare tire I had around the middle. I went from 215 pounds down to 195 pounds. I replaced breakfast, ate a hearty lunch, and replaced dinner. I think one of the keys is drinking lots of water. During this time I drank from 3/4 to a whole gallon of water a day. I mixed the meal replacement with soy milk. Sam's Club stopped carrying it so now I'll be ordering from here. I introduced this product to several coworkers both male and female. They've all had good results. I personally didn't exercise while losing this weight.
