Best Fat Burner

So I have tried a lot of fat loss products over the years and have like many discovered that some work better then others. I tried this product before doing my first shoot and one thing I love about this product is that unlike most other fat loss supplements, you do not have to take a handful of pills each day. The instructions are simple and easy for everyone to follow. On day 1 and 2 you take just 1 capsule each day, on days 3 and 4 you take 1 capsule twice a day, on days 5 and 6 you take 2 capsules before your first meal and one with meal 2. Then days 7 and beyond you just need to take 2 pills twice a day. The most you will need to take is 4 which I believe to be extremely reasonable as I have tried some where you need to take up to 6 pills a day which is ridiculous.The next benefit of this product is of course the ingredients. It contains green coffee extract, which is a key ingredient in weight loss, yohimbe, l-theanine, coleus forskohlii and of course caffeine. The combination of these ingredients provided me with a killer weight loss supplement, an amazing dose of energy without the shakes and jitters so I was still able to concentrate during class and exams, and after I stopped taking the product, what I loved was that I did not gain the weight back.I absolutely love this product and would recommend it over any other fat loss product. The price is amazing especially compared to many other fat loss supplements out there, I did not experience any extreme shaking and the best part about this product is it actually works!!!I will definitely be taking this again after I finish building a bit more muscle and of course I will say to anyone reading this remember you must have a healthy, clean diet and do the work in and out of the gym. No fat loss product is a miracle worker; in order for it to properly do its job you must of course do yours!!!People must always remember everyone responds differently so yes there are instructions on a recommended dose but if you are not used to caffeine use this product according to how your body responds even if you have to ease into the dose a little slower then recommended.Pros:Simple, easy instructionsDid not experience extreme shakingLost weight and did not gain it back after discontinued useAmazing price for a fat loss pillCons:Not for people who do not put in the workCan see how it would be strong for those not used to caffeineNot recommended for prolonged use.

crazy energy and focus

I took hydroxycut at six in the morning and was still completely wired at 11 at night. I work long hours and this stuff gives me energy without a crash. it did make me a little chittery, but was not terrible. not for those sensitive to caffeine, but good for me.
