More than I expected

Let me start about the taste..........who cares? Are you taking it for the taste? It's a little rough but not terrible in my opinion. I really can't get into full physical effects due to only taking it for 2 weeks,but I did want to share at this point something that really surprised me. I have been working out on and off since a teen, but daily(almost)for the past 3 years.I'm 46 years old and wake up every day feeling like I was hit by a truck. Maybe because of working out to hard, maybe because of my age.A few days after starting Myobuild I noticed that feeling was going away in the morning. I am more energetic,mental focus is better and generally just felt better. I do like the fact that all the ingredients are listed with this product which leaves the guesswork out comparing to the proprietary blends in other supplements I have tried. I will follow up this review after I finish the container.

This is the STUFF

First and foremost, I am a big taste tester along with the results a supplement gives me, and this stuff is top notch for taste- A plus. Besides that, this stuff is freakin awesome-- I am going to have my pro debut in the ifpa organization and have been dieting for a bit, and I need every advantage possible to keep full and strong. This is a post workout product that delivers. The ingredients of L-carnitine, creatine HCI and betaine speak for themselves. Basically, it is a recovery product that gives one endurance and reduces cortisol. Oh yeah...this is for real.
