bad seal and stomach distress

This brand's packaging is bad. I ordered 2 bottles and they were both leaking when they arrived, in spite of the great packing and handling job done by the sender (Vitacost). With the seal broken, you can't have the peace of mind regarding purity and freshness.Although at first I also thought that it caused (more) stomach distress compared to the other brand I've tried (i.e., Now Foods), but am no longer sure about that. So I updated the rating from 2 to 3, but the seal problem still needs fixing.

100% mct but cost more then coconut oil which is 66%

This is a medium chain oil that doesn't convert to fat according to ThriveWeightLoss.com It burns fast and doesn't stay in the body. Well see what happens. Have lost 27lbs since 4/4/2013 and that's without this oil. We will see what happens. This oil is 100%mct and coconut oil is 66%mct and clarified butter is also 100%mct. Of course coconut oil is a lot cheaper
