First Time

I really never review things on amazon. But, then I realized that many people only review if a product is bad to warn other people. So I thought I would reverse that trend and say that I used this product and loved it. I never got tired of the taste. Everymorning I would drink it right before work. It would wake me up just fine. I never really had the jitters, but I also didn't drink any coffee while on this. After a month of use and adjusting my diet I managed to go from 170 to 155ish. None of my max lifts went down, although they did not go up as quickly as when I am not cutting.I would drink this in the morning, then about 1 hour later I would have a bowl of oatmeal with a scoop of chia seeds and that would keep me full well past lunch. Many times I had to force myself to eat.Like any workout product, some things work for people and some don't. This worked surprisingly good for me and that is why I am giving it 5 stars.

The Good Stuff

Pros:I feel that Alphamine is a great thermo powder. From taking one scoop of this product in the morning I feel very energetic and I notice that I definitely sweat throughout the day when doing anything a little physical, such as walking at a fast pace to class. Another thing I like about this product is that it seems to give you a happy feeling and was overwhelming when I first started to take it. It can benefit if you feel horrible or tired after a workout. Overall I can say that I did lose some weight using this product. Also it tastes great and the good part is that you can add water if it's too sweet. Also it mixes instantly in a blender bottle.Con:I cannot complain much about the product. Only thing I notice is that I started to build a tolerance to it and felt like I needed more, which is probably the same with any other supplement. Also if you are sensitive to caffeine or prone to anxiety it may be a little strong, because the first time I took it I felt very happy and hyper.One thing to remember is that you still have to exercise and have a good diet for this product to work.

Best appetite suppressants I've used!

OK first I tried this because I heard a lot of good things about it and I must say I very happy! The energy it gives me is OK but I get better results from caffeine pills when I need them,the thermoginic results are there when I'm at work or working out I can feel my body heating up quickly but the most noticeable effect is the appetite suppressant results WOW. I take two scoops in the morning and will not be hungry til 6-8 hours later which great for me because it allows me to fast most of the day and stay high on proteins so just remember everyone body is diffrent but this supplement is a plus for dropping weight. Always remember supplements are tools not miracles.
