best tasting protein shake ever

i don't know what the above person is saying... spiru-tein doesnt contain whey! this is especially good for women because of the soy content. it could be easily used as a meal replacement. i drink one every night to replace dinners. the cookies and cream one flavor is UNBELIEVABLE. i've tried chocolate as well, but cookies and cream tastes like a real shake you'd order at a restaurant. believe me, it doesn't really get better than this.

GREAT!!

After numerous failed attempts of looking for a shake that actually doesnt taste like chalk, I found this one is an organic store. I just bought a sample of each flavor to test it out and IT TASTE GREAT!! It tastes just like an oreo. I mix mine with unsweetened almond milk and blend it or shake it and go on about my day. I can't wait to try the other flavors!!

I am a huge fan of this protein. I have sampled many flavored proteins and they generally taste the same -- chalky with some added substance intended to make the chalk taste like chocolate strawberry or banana. I typically try to avoid whey as well so the Spiru-tein was an added bonus. I like most of the Spiru-tein flavors but the Cookies & Cream is phenomenal. I mix my protein with about a cup of chocolate silk milk and ice and it is like I am drinking a very healthy milk shake. This product is a nutritional staple for me.
