Buy the chewables

I bought the chewables last time and loved them. Great taste and good energy. I bought the power so I could mix it with a nitric stack. I tried it on its own first. I did not like the flavor. If you have tried Xtend blue raspberry, this tastes nothing like it.I did not get a pump either. I used two scoops. Maybe I have just grown tolerant of caffeine from coffee...

Great Prework out drink/any time drink

I use this product everyday before I work out and it helps every time. I also use this product in the evening because I have a night class, it helps to keep me alert during class! Great product!

Good no jitters pump

I have tried many pre workout supplements thru the years and this one ranks toward the top without question. Wen taking other supplements I love the pump you get and the feeling as if you can lift a small truck; however, I like my sleep more. This formula by ON still gets you pumped for your workout but without the jitters and still allows me to sleep at night, even if taking it later in the day. My only gripe is that the large container is nowhere near full, they should either make a smaller container or increase the volume of the powder. I take 3 scoops about 20 min prior to my workout and that does me right. O a day that I'm not "feelin it", i may bump it up to 4 scoops. so, obviously the 30 serving container seems to dwindle rather quickly. But, it is still worth it to me. The Blue Ras is the only flavor I have tried, but I'm about to take the Fruit Punch for a spin.
