Must Have With a Vita Mix!

I bought a Vita Mix some months ago and when I first bought it, I was definitely going to send it back because juicing in it is definitely not the same as juicing in a Jack Lulanne juicer. The stuff I'd mix up would taste so horrible, but then I found this product-- Thank Goodness!! I have perfected my juicing in the Vitamix now where my drink actually comes out in a V-8 juice like consistency and because of this Vega protein powder, the taste is amazing! I cannot juice without this powder. I have tried to do it when I ran out of this protein powder, but I ended up throwing the juice away because of the unpleasant taste. This is a great product to use with the Vitamix if you need to kill that bland, or strong unpleasant taste that comes when you mix your fruit and veggies together in that machine and you do not wish to use sugary stuff that defeats the purpose of trying to be healthy. I also like the fact that unlike other protein powders, this powder will not foam up like a milkshake when you mix it on the highest Vitamix speed. The only suggestion I would like to make is that the founder of Vega Smoothie needs to change his photo that's found on the back of the bag. He really does look like a scary serial killer or something so his PR people need to check him on that and set him up for a nice professional photo shoot.Thank goodness looks don't kill...

Love this shake.

I am your regular burger king snacking, carvel loving carnivore. But trying to get healthier, looking for better options I tried this out. This shake is really great. This taste is not bad it is rather refreshing especially first thing in the morning. It takes the thinking out of what to eat, it is filling and sits so well in your stomach. No diahhrea or flatulence. Great product all around fiber is high, carbs low, calories reasonable. Love it! Will definately try others.

I tried a single packet before buying the bigger bag to make sure I would like this first and I have to say I dont think it tastes that bad at all really. I ended up only throwing a banana in with it and blending it with ice and water. The taste didnt make me cringe nor is it the type of smoothie where you have to have a glass of water as a chaser. Sipped it as my breakfast this morning and Ill probably get more.
