Good Stuff

I took VPX NO Shotgun on and off for a while until I decided it was my favorite pre-workout supplement. When they came out with 12 Gauge Shotgun and said it was even more intense I ignored it for a while because NO Shotgun was already pretty intense. I finally decided to try it and I'm now on my second batch. I love it. First, I count calories and the carbs, fat, and protein that make them up, and this only has 16 per a serving, much better than the 81c/serving that NO Shotgun had. It is ridiculously more intense. The first few days of taking it I would get a little dizzy every time I stood up from a set. I shrugged off the dizziness each time though because, even with the dizziness, my endurance was way up and so was my weight. It's so intense I am starting using pre-cardio instead of just before I lift.Also, I haven't noticed any bathroom side effects. I've taken plenty where I can barely get through a lift without running to the bathroom and others where the bathroom effect will at least wait until you finish your workout. It doesn't hurt my stomach, it doesn't make me poo.

this product is awesome LLS me get through my most strenuous workouts would recommend to anybody looking for extra energy and massive pumps

decent pre-workout supplement

ive tried shotgun products in the past and have been pleased with the results, so when 12 gauge came out i was interested in trying it. shortly after taking 12 gauge, i can start to feel a sort-of tingling sensation in my skin. i usually am under the weights within 30-40 minutes of taking 12 gauge.. and it definitely helps with focus and energy. ive had good workouts with it, and the taste (fruit punch) was not very bad either. it is definitely drinkable, unlike some other products of tried (jack3d.. ugh).if you are thinking about trying 12 gauge, it is worth a shot. i liked it.
