It actually works...

I was recommended this product by an ex-pro BB. Coming from the supplement industry myself, I really didn't recognize the ingredients, or really understand EXACTLY what it was supposed to do for me. However, It was part of his general health protocol, which I agreed to follow completely. Over time, I have phased out some of the other items in the protocol and adjusted my diet, but this stuff really does 2 noticeable things:First, the quality of my sleep has improved dramatically. I require less sleep to be rested, and have very interesting, memorable and vivid dreams.Second, I have become very "dry" and a lot leaner around the midsection.It is pretty easy to attribute effects to this product, as I could literally feel it working the first night with the quality of sleep and dreams that came on.I also Follow the "Carbless Post Workout" Carb cycling strategy, which has worked wonders for overall bodyfat and vascularity. For anyone doing any sort of relatively advanced carb cycling/cyclical ketogenic diet, ie metabolic diet, the CPWO strategy keeps your glycogen stores the fullest and energy up, while still dropping bodyfat.

I was weary about ordering HumanoGrowth as there are a multitude of reviews out that that state that the user experienced some unpleasant side effects such as: Increased incidence of acne, increased aggressiveness, and vivid and at time disturbing dreams.As most of the reviews on Amazon, and also on youtube warn about the dreams, I figured I would reduce the dosage by half, (the label says to take four caplets 1 hour before sleep, so I have been taking two). At this reduced dosage, I have not noticed any adverse effects, but have noticed a bit more aggressiveness in the gym, basically wanting to extend sets, and keep going. I have not experienced any nightmares, and I actually find I'm more rested in the morning. I'm 30, but I feel like I'm 18 again, in terms of energy.As a disclaimer though; Its difficult, since I am also taking other nutritional supplements, to know what results can be attributed to Humanogrowth, and what can be attributed to other supplements.I recommend Humanogrowth, but again, try a half dose first.I will double the dose when my first bottle runs out, and update my review.

Outstanding product

This product works wonders and has some of the best ingredient mixes of any. High quality and super fair pricing... this is a winner. If you are looking for a way to increase your testosterone naturally, this is a great place to start.
