One of the best

I have used crystal star's beautiful hair and nails for five years and I love it. I used to buy it at a health food store in queens, New York. Since I moved to Florida I can not find it so as usual Amazon is cheaper. Whenever I use beautiful hair and nails on a continuous basis (one month or longer) my nails are stronger and I have very little hair breakage so I retain a lot of length. Sometimes I take beautiful hair and nails with other vitamins/supplements such as biotin and silica. With this combination I see new hair growth within two weeks.

still no hair

I used this product for one month,at which i used biotin before that thinking this would be different i expected to see a few hairs growing. Saw no difference. Im not sure theres anything out there that works. discouraged again!

love this product

I have been using this product together with silica for about a month and can see a tremendous difference. I usually have thinning hair in the front, but since starting the produce the hair is starting to grow out. Love crystal star products. I am now buying a bottle to send to my daughter.
