This product does exactly what is supposed to do and works well. I just finished my first two bottles and I was noticing the difference early on. I workout (lift) 5 days per week at night right before I go to bed and I have been trying to put on (muscle) mass since august 2012, and have gained 24 pounds since then. When taking the product, I would take two caps mid morning, two caps an hour before working out, then two caps after working out. Its a great addition to my supplements and I noticed the difference within the first week. On top of reducing any kind of soreness, I felt more strength with every pump. This product also beats out every other Glutamine vitamin in that it includes Glutamine peptides and taking six per day is a solid, healthy intake that greatly helps heal and build muscles. I would definitely recommend and will continue to use Gluta-Mass.However, the only disappointment that I have is with New You Vitamins telling me that they had sent me my free bottle because I had submitted a review, and I did not get any such free bottle after 2 months, so thats not cool haha
