Good Product - Will recommend

A little background: I'm a Exercise Science graduate and as with any field that is science based you are trained to weed out dubious claims and look for significant repeatable results. The supplement scene is a pretty murky at best. The new supplement can be the old snake oil dressed up. Over the last 10 years there has only been a small amount of products that do what they're labels claim, but now it seems that things have changed a bit.After researching, I have a list of which supplements have the most evidence of working, unfortunately they are usually in "stacks" or "formulas" so that the companies make the most they can on a given product and also to take out the need for the consumer to work out which of the supplements is giving them the effect they feel. What I'm doing is deconstructing the list and buying each chosen ingredient in bulk on its own, so that I can accurately get a fix on what works best for me personally and what I will recommend to others.First up (I will be reviewing others supplements), is L-Arginine, a pre-cursor to NO that is known for enhancing your ability to perform and recover quicker. As far as lifting goes, I would have to say it is most noticeable in-between sets and at the end of the workout. When the next set came up I was fresher at the start and felt stronger near the end of my usual rep range. After the workout I wasn't nearly so drained (high intensity training). Another effect of supplementing with a product such as this is that it gives you a "pumped" feeling when working out. Sort've like your muscles have been inflated. Most people like this for the feeling but it can be a useful tool by acting as mediator for your mind-muscle connection (literally feeling the muscle being worked; more efficient).The pill size isn't any larger than other brands and is easy enough to swallow. Just be sure to take them with some form of liquid.When all is said and done, I'm satisfied with the product and the results it gives.

Yes to Arginine

Women's perspective: All I have to say is YES...I ran across some reviews on the net about arginine and how healthy it was supposed to be for you. I've been taking it for about 2 weeks and I give it an A+ in energy. I'm a person that lacks energy a lot and after I took ONE pill, I felt the energy. You can actually feel the blood flow. My number in push ups increased a LOT and my walking time increased. And I must say that it DID increase my sex drive. I'm wanting to have sex VERY often, its starting to get annoying LOL. The pills are huge but easy to swallow. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone. I'm going to increase my dose. One early in the day and two before my workouts. Also, I'm beginning to notice that I may be getting a slight yeast infection. *shrugs* This may be due to the sudden change in hormones, because it REALLY changed mine. Hope this helps! Would buy again

I really liked this product, it is also all natural so if you have allergans or are on any special diets there is no additives. It works well, rec taking before bed and before workouts. I usually prefer taking mixable (drinkable) supps though since the uptake is better and faster. If taking a pill I would buy this product again.I use it for my workouts but It also makes me wake up harder and fuller if you know what I mean. Well, more than just in the morning, when I am about to do the do yaddaddamean.
