Although it's slighly on the expensive side it is one of the better tasting protien powders I have tried. It mixes well with water or milk.

We really enjoy an 8-10 ounce drink of the vanilla or chocolate - good protein and nutrients, and helps us not snack on other things that might not be the best choice.
