I have tried many products over the years and so far this is one of the best. Overall very happy with the product. Great mellow flavor, something you can drink all day racing.

Good reliable sport drink

There is a definite taste preference issue in choosing a sport drink. Like most riders I know, I start with one bottle filled with sport drink and the other with plain water. It gets super hot on summer rides here and this drink has electrolyte replacements that work well for me. I don't cramp if using it and never get tired of the taste of EFS. I really should take extra powder and continue using this instead of Gatorade or Powerade at rest stops but there is the convenience factor.I like that the dissolved color is almost clear so it doesn't stain plastic bottles. I mix it at about 1 scoop per 24 ounce bottle and that has the right level of sweetness. At that rate you get quite a bit more than 25 servings from a can.

I want to say this grape flavor has no flavor, tastes like water. I don't recommend. The red bottle was sweet, tasted like sugar.
