I have been using Medivin for about 5 months and notice a difference in my skin, hair, nails and overall health. I haven't gotten a cold either despite working in a profession where I am surrounded by hundreds of people every day. The pre-packaged capsules take the guesswork out of shopping for the right blend of vitamins. Plus the box takes up much less space in my cabinet than a whole bunch of supplement bottles. I don't feel any nausea after taking these capsules like I did with other supplements because the inside is liquid, not a solid chunk that has to be digested. I split the packet into two doses..the white ones (Vitamin D, Calcium, Magnesium) at night because those minerals help you relax and sleep. The red and orange ones I take in the morning. Do not hesitate to try this product..you will notice a difference in your health after about 2-4 months of regular use.
