Tastes good, lots of nutrients

This is the best tasting protein mix I've tried. I've had the chocolate and prefer the vanilla, although the chocolate was still pretty good. As an FYI, I'm not in the phases of trying to build mass, but have used this shake instead of going to lunch to drop from 195+ down to 170lbs. After I hit 165lbs or less I might increase the amount to try to build some mass, but right now, it does a great job. Keeps me full and help me with energy for the rest of my workday after I have it as a meal replacement during lunch after my lunch workout. If I eat some fruit or cheese ( or both ) with it, I'm usually not starving by dinner. But with the shake itself ( I mix it with coconut water - try it, it's good!), I'm usually pretty hungry by about 6-630pm.

great stuff... lactose free... good price... vanilla creme!

Good price! "Good way to get that extra protein, amino's & some vitamins" It's very easy on the stomach... lactose free... has needed dietary fiber... It works well - easy to mix, shake or stir and its a ready tasty shake. vanilla creme is the best by far... + "goes great when mix with oatmeal!" <--i recommend for extra health intake for one's diet training or not. Great before bed " vanilla creme is the only on that tast really good, the rest are not to smooth in tasting like a regular shake.
