i'm not vegan or vegetarian, but i like this brand of products a lot.i bought this because i am low on packets of the 'pre-workout energizer' - since i bought those, the company has updated the packaging, so this 'performance optimizer' is the same product.i like this because it does help me sustain my workouts, seems to give me a lift when i take it, but i don't get that jittery, scattered feeling that caffeinated products give me. i feel good about taking it because it's healthy and plant-based as well.the powder mixes easily with water - i put it in a wide-mouth water bottle and shake it - and i don't find clumping at all. the liquid is kind of a odd greenish color, but not off-putting and tastes fine. it's not exactly "dissolving" so i generally rinse the bottle out with a bit of water and drink that too.
