This stuff works wonders!

I received a free sample in the mail from Genesis Today. I have tried many, many different types of protein powders & yeah they work too, however this is much less bulky & without the mess.No need to have milk on hand to add too. I have mixed it with Crystal Light in bottled water. It keeps me full for hours! Therefore I eat less at the next meal & much less snacking in between! My sample is running out, so I am here to purchase a big bottle! I sure hope I can make this work for me!! ~Blessings~

Protein 100 - tastes great, good source of protein!

I have been in a situation where I've needed more protein. I read reviews of several other liquid sources of protein, many of which mentioned how bad they tasted. I ordered this brand even though reviews on it were limited. I was really pleased when I tasted this mixed with some water, it reminds me of Tang (something which I rarely had as a kid). It has no sugar and no artificial sweeteners and it's only 60 calories per 15 grams of protein. After drinking the mixture, I immediately feel sated - as if I've had a meal, so I know it's effective. I would highly recommend this brand for taste and for quality. Very glad I purchased and will do so again!

This stuff tastes horrible, but it works well!! I have a really busy schedule and tend to skip meals. It's much better than having to eat a lot of protein bars.
