Packs a punch

Unfortunately I ran out of creatine powder on the fly so I was kind of forced into trying this but surprisingly the results weren't bad. I personally prefer the powder form for my needs but the pills worked comparably. I cycle creatine and beta alanine (FREE Primaforce Beta Alanine Powder 200 Grams + Pure Creatine Monohydrate Powder - 2.2 Lbs) to be in peak performance at all times. The protein really steps up my game so to be without one or the other is a scary thought. I'm very dedicated to working out and trying to reach a personal goal by the end of May.If you're not familiar with creatine, it's a supplement designed to increase your output both strength and duration wise. The creatine gives you a big boost to go further in your weight sets and do more at a time. The beta alanine enhances these abilities which is why I'm big on both of them. The pill form takes a bit longer to kick in, at least in my opinion, so be sure you're prepped and timing for such wait periods. It doesn't have a bad taste and there are no negative side effects either. It's a pretty high dose for such a small pill, too.

works great! You will definitely notice the extra energy on your first dose. You may not realize the effects on your recovery until you stop using it. Only then you realize how effective it is.

As described by the manufacturer, take a double dosage for heavy days if you like to experience the full effects
