I do not give out five star ratings ever, but this time im making an exception! Iv tried many of the top protein powders, but could never find one that didnt cause me to choke it down. Heres my break down:Pros-One serving easily mixes "clump-free" in 6 ounces of water or 8 ounces of whole milk. 45 grams of protein in 6 ounces...thats very easy to drink.-No artificial sweeteners. The stuff doesn't taste like a milkshake, so why do companies keep trying?-Huge quantity of protein in one serving.-Relitively low calories for what it isCons-Doesn't taste like a milkshake from Dairy Queen. Taste like protein powder.-Isnt free

If your looking for a protien with all the benefits without all the junk this is it and it taist awesome . Buy this if you want results, I mix with Almond Milk after my workout and it is better than all the rest out there and yes I have tried them and hated all the added junk your body doesn't need.
