Great pre-workout supplement

Taste is bad compared to Xtend, but the price is solid. Profile is good with BCAA, EAA, and Beta Alanine. I used to use Xtend, but wanted to switch it up. CL Purple Wraath is a solid alternative that I'd highly recommend for results, not taste.

Purple Wraath Purple Lemonade: Excellent

Purple Wraath Purple Lemonade has a great taste (i was a bit concerned with the taste reviews for the other flavor), and as far as i can tell does help with the intensity of my workouts. I drink some before and during resistance training, and it keeps me going.I do get the tingling sensation, and it is weird the first time but then one knows what to expect (and it proves that Purple Wraath is active, obviously).I noticed Purple Wraath helped me get more intensity, endurance, strength and power while exercising.This is the first time i tried Purple Wraath, and considering what it does for me, i will definitely buy some more for my bodyweight intensity training.

Okay, so this stuff is usually taken by body builders... Well, I'm no body builder. My chiropractor recommended I take BCAAs to help heal a muscle injury I have, & I was looking for some BCAA powder that's also derived from a plant source (I stick to a vegetarian diet). As I understand it, this is made from grain. I've been taking it for three weeks now, & it seems to really be helping me! I just sip on it throughout the day, paired with some exercises he's shown me & I've been feeling a lot better. Of course, I have no way of knowing exactly how much of an effect it's having, but I feel good!Note: There is a WARNING on the side of the label, which I researched online. I couldn't find any actual merit for the warning, but who knows. I haven't felt any ill effect yet... But I thought it might be nice to include exactly what the warning says, for you interested people to read & do your own research before buying. It reads:"Warnings: The Beta Alanine in this product may cause a slight tingling in some people. This is a natural characteristic. Before ingesting this product you should consult your doctor if you aware of your current health status or if you have any medical condition including, but not limited to: diabetes, high or low blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmias, stroke; diseases of the heart, kidneys, liver or thyroid gland; anxiety, history of seizures, depression, any psychiatric ailment, pernicious anemia or other blood disorders, prostate enlargement.
