If used correctly, nothing touches MAP for performance

The catch with MAP is that you need to use it as directed in order to really benefit from it. I love using this product, but it is expensive :(. I've noticed that if I take less than I'm supposed to, I don't get the same recovery benefits from hard training. The science that went into this stuff is amazing, so you need to learn how to use it properly in order to really see it work.Try to get your hands on the pamphlet this vendor sometimes includes for some great ways to combine MAP with other, readily available, natural supplements to really get pumped, have great workouts, and feel awesome after.I spent the last half of 2011 losing 65 pounds and while I don't credit MAP for single handedly getting me there; I don't think my progress would have been as consistent and impactful without it.If you want to kick start your 2012 training, I'd highly recommend adding MAP to your routine!

My friend recommended this product to me for several reasons... she has been taking it for a year and loved the results... I have recently stopped eating as much protein as I used to and started to notice my body sagging a little, etc. I have lost over 100 lbs and have loose skin... so far after 2 weeks of taking this my skin appears tighter, my face less wrinkles, I've even had people comment about a glow I have... we'll see long-term, but so far I am very happy... I've changed nothing else in my diet or daily routine in the last two weeks.

I am a division one swimmer. In high school I was always underweight, but I lifted a lot. I gained 15 lbs over 3 months taking this and my body fat percentage is 4. I didn't gain any height in that time either, so I don't think it was related to a growth spurt. The stuff is expensive, but it's easy to take, tasteless, small, and worth the money. BCAAs are always going to be expensive, but this is pure protein without the added junk. Worth the money.
