I've used HMB before successfully, and think it's a good product. That's the main reason I bought this product, as I didn't want to go the creatine route with Betagen. EAS is a solid company and I've used their products for years with no issues. The only problem is the price. I didn't realize until I got this at home that the tub has only 14 servings. At the recommended 2 servings per day, that's one tub per week. You could probably buy your HMB, glutamine, taurine, and arginine for much cheaper separately.

I use this along with Phos Force and both together are the best combination I've ever tried! While I think that 7g of L-Arginine is a lot, I hope that the scientists at Abbott are not just loading it with unnecessary overloads of amino acids.As I said in my review of Phos Force, this is not cheap if you do the math because it's only 14 servings (which is great for me because I don't like using supplements for a long time continuously). The label says take 2 dosages per day. I take only one, and I mix it with whey protein, and it works great! But Amazon's price made the decision easy, especially that I found it sold for "almost" double the price at other famous nutrition stores.UPDATE (10/21/2012):I ran out of strawberry milkshake whey protein to mix it with (that was my favorite flavor for mixing), so I tried it with the chocolate flavor. Surprisingly, it did taste good! Muscle Armor fruit punch flavor is very strong that it took over the chocolate and I ended up with a good tasting mix (I can't say it tastes like fruit punch or chocolate, but it tastes good!).

Have been using this product for a few weeks now and absolutely love it! The taste is phenomenal I feel like I could drink this with a meal. So far I've put on about 5 lbs of visible muscle on the first bottle. The container size is fairly small and only supplies for about 10 days if used as directed.
