Good quality weight gainer

This definitely one of the better weight gainers available today, not full of empty calories but actually has some good quality nutrients along with a ton of protein and complex carbs. No need to take more than one serving at a time, will just go straight in the toilet if you do. Gotta play by the digestive systems rules. There are certain times of the day where your body can't wait an hour for the protein to digest; right when you wake up, pre workout, during workout, post workout. I'd recommend taking some type of natural testosterone enhancer; Natural Testosterone Booster Stack - 90 Days Supply. Increased test levels increases protein synthesis in the body among other things which means you turn more protein into muscle instead of wasting it. I'll usually take a half of gram per day, and when in bulking phase two servings of True-Mass, at different times of course.

Great Stuff

I began using Syntha-6 because what I wanted was a protein shake to make me gain muscles faster. After more research, I found this product and decided to give it a try. Now, I'm never gonna go back. This is the product that I will live by now. Already on my 3rd jar of this great stuff and the only con is that it goes by fast because you have to use 3 scoops of it in one serving. It tastes great (I got the chocolate one) and it contains vitamins so I don't even feel the need to take my multi-vitamins that I recently bought, just take this instead. Anyway, it's really worth it but you MUST workout because if you don't, you will gain weight however you'll be a fatty...

Stick with Syntha-6

Most people who are looking to buy True-Mass are trying to gain weight. Many might be wondering whether to buy True-Mass, which is a self-described "mass gainer", or Syntha-6, BSN's standard protein powder. After trying both and doing the math, I personally think Syntha-6 is the better option.First, note that there is no magic chemical in True-Mass that is not in Syntha-6. Gaining weight is about macronutrient intake, and the difference between the two products is in the amount of protein, carbohydrates, and fat in each serving. True-Mass has a serving size of 145g (3 scoops) for a total of 630 calories and 46g of protein. Syntha has a serving size of 44g (1 scoop), for a total of 200 calories and 22g of protein. If I use three servings of the Syntha-6, I get a 600 calorie shake with 66g of protein. At this rate, I will go through the tub of Syntha-6 in exactly the same time as a tub of True-Mass.So Syntha-6 is more protein-dense than True-Mass while being about the same in caloric density. In my experience, True-Mass was chalkier and clumpier than Syntha-6. I don't care much about taste since I chug my shakes anyways, but it is hard to down a chunky drink. Whenever I made my True-Mass shakes, I would have to use only 2 scoops instead of the instructed 3 per 16 oz of liquid, because anything more would be too thick (and wouldn't even fit in my blender bottle).My advice is this: buy the Syntha-6, mix two scoops in with 16 oz of whole milk. This produces a nice consistency of shake and gives you 700 calories (400 from the syntha and 300 from the milk) with 60g of protein (16 from the milk).After all, trying to gain weight is really about eating a bunch, *consistently*. I would get sick of the clumpy True-Mass after a couple days, but I'll drink Syntha-6 indefinitely!
