Really like this product.

The Onnit company is on top of their game. T+ is a great supplement. I take it in a fruit shake with protein powder and coconut water. I have gotten bigger and feel leaner after the first 30 day cycle. I have noticed no unpleasant side effects. I have more energy during my workouts and feel like i am recovering quicker than before. The Hemp Force protein powder is next then the battle clubs. Enjoy.

I have been using T+ for a few weeks now. The second day I took it, I ran 6-miles with no issues. I have never in my life ran more than 4-miles. The 6-mile run was my first run of the year(its May right now), yeah just up and ran 6-miles. After my run I lifted weights for about an hour. No crash, no jitters. I love this stuff and would/do recommend it and all other Onnit products to my friends.

You notice a difference, but is it enough to warrant the price?

After reading some of the information online about T+ I was interested in trying it.Taste - Not great, but you get used to it. It starts off sweet and then has a crazy aftertaste that literally tasted what you'd imagine a sweaty gym mat might tastes like. A lot of people complain about the taste, but if you mix it with something like protein mix or juice and it isn't so bad.Mixability - An annoying problem with T+ is that it doesn't mix well. I could stir it for over a minute and there would still be granules at the bottom of the glass.Results - You can definitely feel a difference in your performance after a few days on T+. I can't remember the exact day it starts kicking in full throttle, but within the first week I was pushing through workouts. I definitely got into better shape during the time I took T+, but it's not like I got super jacked either.What I found interesting is that after I was done taking it, I didn't feel worse once I was off it. A friend of mine tried a testosterone supplement in the past and said when he stopped taking it his gains went way down and he was feeling lethargic. In my case, I never noticed any dip at all.Overall it's a decent product, but I don't think I'll be picking it up again because I can't honestly say it is worth the price. That being said, when I took the product I felt as if I could feel a definitive boost.
