Definitely creates a sensation, but I can't say it pumps me for the gym

Within minutes of taking C4 I feel it working. My face and scalp tingle and almost itch. It makes me a little jittery, and not from caffeine. I use all kinds of pre workouts and this one has not been any more effective than any other. I can't say that I get a pump from it, or even a boost of energy. But I do have some kind of physical reaction that makes you feel like it is doing something?? Just not sure that's worth the money.Taste is good enough. Mixes well. Other than that I suggest you give it a try and see for yourself how it works for you. Everyone has unique experiences with this stuff and you'll only know when you try. For my money...Bullnox...and I've tried at least 8 of the biggest selling pre workouts in the last year. Bullnox is my favorite....sugar free orange tastes great and gives me that jack I look for. My two cents.

This stuff work good when taken on an empty stomach. This kind of suck though because i like to eat a big meal an hour before getting my 'pump on' at the gym. So i found if i take this on an empty stomach and give it 15mins then eat my meal it all works out well. Now go push some BIG weight today!

Cellucor C4 Extreme Pre - Workout Is Fine But Not Fantastic

I liked the Cellucor C4 because it is economical and advertises 60 servings per container. I have used the product for 5 weeks. Prior to this I was using Bullnox and I find the two products similar with regards to mixability, taste, and results. The C4 is a much better value. It did help energize my workouts and allow me to push myself more than I normally would. I didn't see any explosive results in muscular gain or in being able to use more weight in workouts. On the downside, after about 2 weeks of use I needed to double the serving as my body adjusted to the formula. I would probably buy it again but at this time I am looking at another product that has a different formula without Beta Alanine which will make you itchy to some degree depending on your body metabolism. The bottom line is that there are a lot of pre - workout supplements out there and based on my results with this product it does not stand out among the rest.
