I like the Tropical Punch better than the Lemonade. Out of all products I've used (O.N., BSN, Universal), I found that this Whey mixes the best and tastes decent.

I've been looking for a protein that is low in cals/fat. This product does the trick. I prefer it with milk but it tastes pretty good with water (yeahh it's not supposed to taste fantastic). It was exactly what I was looking for. It should last between a month and a half. I'd purchase it again.

This whey protein powder is ideally mixed with water and thus very convenient--just take it right after your workout to supply your muscles with that instant (essential) protein fix.As far as taste, it's not quite Kool Aid, but it's still sweet. No gas, no indigestion, no chunks of powder that won't dissolve.
