Great Health Product - better than gatorade like products

Great price and healthy product. Great for sports recovery and after being in the heat. I live in GA where the heat index is often over 100 and this product works well. One note is that to get good taste, I double the amount suggested. Plus, it is cheaper and better for you than the gatorade like products. Fruit Punch so far is my favorite flavor.

Over the past many years I have used several different electrolyte solutions and Vitalyte works the best for me. Using Vitalyte I find that I stay far better hydrated and energized than drinking water alone or when compared to many other electrolytes that I've tried. It isn't too sweet and only mildly sticky. The less sweet taste and electrolyte blend makes it easy on your stomach and that is important on long rides when water or other brands can cause stomach upset.In summary...I have found the product that works for me and no longer need to look for a better solution.

Great product

I was looking for a product to combat dehydration following my husbands surgery. Gatorade just wasn't good enough. This product came highly recommended so I thought I would try it. It has really helped keep my husband hydrated as well as tasting good without being too sweet. Very economical to use when compared to prepackaged similar products.
