Creapure Creatine Monohydrate

I chose this brand because it was the only Creapure creatine product available on Amazon, but now it seems there are a few other more affordable alternatives. Included is a scoop that supposedly measures out to 5g of creatine at the indicated line, but upon using my mg scale I found it only comes out to 4g. Not really a problem, but if you want to take 5g instead of 4-4.5g you'll probably have to scoop a little more than the top edge of the scoop.Pure creatine (or at least this creatine) has a very neutral taste, perhaps slightly chalky if anything. If you find that non-Creapure creatine tastes bitter or acidic, or something besides a very neutral taste, I'd look into the company's manufacturing process and determine whether or not contaminants find their way into the product--or I'd just play it safe and purchase creatine manufactured by a globally respected chemical company.First and foremost, I take creatine for its cognitive enhancing abilities which have been observed in studies and which I have observed in myself (especially noticeable due to my vegetarian diet, but even the creatine found in meat is generally poorly absorbed according to some literature). I've also noticed a synergistic effect when combined with caffeine (especially TeaJava). However, I also workout/lift weights occasionally and have definitely noticed an increase in my reps.

Seems to work

Read good things about creatine creapure and this stuff seems to work. Feel like I get a better pump. Worth a try
