I love this bar. I have tried many different types of bars, and this by far my favorite one. This the snack size version of the full size bar. The full size bar is 27 grams of protein. This "grab" bar is half that size. It is intended to be a snack. On my weight loss program we are allowed to have a full size bar as a meal replacement, or a 1/2 of the large bar as a snack. This snack size "grab" bar helps me with portion control, and satisfies my craving for chocolate. It tastes exactly the same as the large size bar. Very tasty!

The Oh Yeah Bars are my favorite protein bars. Taste great, always fresh. I warn you though, DON'T BUY THEM FROM THE VITAMIN SHOPPE! When I purchased two boxes they showed a picture of the bars with 25g of protein. I recieved two boxes of the smaller bars with 15g of protein. Customer service says it's Amazon's fault for displaying the wrong picture. Nowhere in the listing do they say the product is the smaller bars. Basically, they are satisfied with ripping you off. I really like Amazon. However, I wish they had better quality control of their sellers to eliminate bad vendors like the Vitamin Shoppe.

I have tried various protein bars and this brand is easily my favorite. Its taste is more like a conventional candy bar rather than a protein bar. My favorite flavor is vanilla toffee fudge but I also like peanut butter caramel and cookie caramel crunch. They all are similar to a Baby Ruth in texture.
