I had to travel to Mexico City to help my daughter-in-law back with my granddaughter. I took it like the directions recommended and I didn't have allitude sickness. I had previously had the racing heart, flushed face, in Columbia.

My sons and I took a week long trip from Austin, Texas to Platora, Colorado... 10,000 foot change. We got there in one day but had begun prepping with Altitude Rx 24 hours prior to departure. Based on previous experiences where we took nothing before changing altitude like that, the Altitude Rx did have a marked, positive effect on us. We were able to be fairly active the first day and by the second day we were really moving. I'll be using it from now on.

I took this starting two days before my trip to Cusco and continued it throughout the trip and it really helped. I didn't feel at all unwell even though others in our group were really affected by the altitude.Pros:Does what it saysNo side effectsEasy to packEasy to takeCons:Price (but its still way worth it to not feel altitude sickness)
