I have used this due to gastric bypass six years ago. I lack vitamins and minerals. And sometimes I am not hungry this product has all of the vitamins protein and it is filling. The flavor is not artificial The chocolate is very good I mix it with crushed ice and milk and a banana. I have also used the vanilla I mix yogurt and fruit crushed ice and whip it up. Great tasting filling. Low in calories. It is a bit pricey but the benefits are worth it
