Your only suppose to take 1 scoop a day! The way I do it is start drinking it before then during. I usually finish it half way into my workout.So endurance? Run time went from 30 mins a day to 1 hour a day in just a few days.Strength? Yes, I went from curling 70lb for 8rep 6rep 6rep to 70lb 12rep 10rep 6rep. Arms went from 15 3/4 to 16 1/4.On my off days I still feel like working out after taking it. Even after a hard workout the previous day.My frame is getting a bit sleeker, more lean muscle.I've read some good and bad reviews on this, so I guess results may vary. Is it worth the try? Yes it is AIMO.

Great tasting recovery drink.

I purchased this product after reading in several magazines that branched-chain amino acids are essential to building muscle and continuing to succeed in the gym.Although the product recommends that you take it during your workout, I find that I am unable to due to the fact that I get nauseous if I drink anything sweet during my workout.However, this is not to take anything away from the products taste. I find that it is very refreshing and it does help me recover on those particular days where I may have pushed too far and feel a bit dizzy and weak.Although I have not taken this product religiously, I do intend to trust the experts and take it as part of my supplement régime so that I can maintain the intensity of my workouts.

wish it was larger

product taste great, mixes so easy. wish i had a larger version to buy for lenghtier stock in my house.
