Best multi-vitamin that I've taken

Great multi. Can feel the beta alanine tingle sometimes. It says to take it twice a day with a meal, but my workouts are alot better when I take it before my workout and after. Alot cheaper then buying a multi plus beta alanine. Plus the price from Amazon is awesome. Don't forget the free shipping! That's a plus and half. Will definitely buy from Amazon again and again.

It works!

I've taken a full 30 day cycle of these and am re-ordering. I've taken many different multi vitamins looking for one that actually works and so far these are the only ones that have for me. Physical fatigue is no longer a factor, and I can take these late in the day and still go to sleep at night, and sleep well! I'm not in the greatest of shape, nor am I real young, but I work with alot of younger and more in shape guys than me and they have a hard time keeping up. There is a tingle (flush) in your face and occasionally in the chest and back in the skin. Eating before or after doses does not stop or curb it, and it comes on at random times as well. But it doesnt hurt. Also, I believe, due to this product, my blood pressure has lowered, but that could just be me. Either way, I'm a believer and I am re-ordering.

Solid Gaspari product.

Anavite is a good multivitamin which was created by Gaspari, a solid spots nutrition company.I have used a wide variety of multivitamins by a number of different brands and I would say that this multivitamin ranks in the top three of multi's which I have used.I would rank Musclepharms Armour-v as the best multi I have ever used for energy and an overall sense of well-being.Both Optimum Nutritions Opti-men (multivitamin I am currently using), and Gaspari's Anavite I would say is a close tie for second. I found my energy levels were not as great as when I was using Armour-v.Best of luck with which ever multivitamin you choose, with selecting any one of these three you cant really go wrong!
