Gives me noticeable energy taken a few minutes before my workout, I was taken L-carnitine capsules, but I always liked the liquid because I think it works quicker, and it does, after trying this one, I realized this is one of the best liquid carnitine out there, good price, taste great, but very, very super sweet, gives tons of energy, I take it before my workout. I don't like very sweet stuff, but I don't mind the sweetness in this because it is only 1 tablespoon I take so I don't even notice it. I have the watermelon flavor and taste great.
