I have been cutting bodyfat and this has kept my strengh up so far, I have actually made quite a few gains, I'll be picking up more when I'm done with this bottle.

im a firm beleive in using creatine. even more so after going to school towards exercise science. i typically just stick with monohydrate, but decided to try the creatine-nitrates which this has. from what i understand its a creatine molecule bonded with the nitric oxide of your typical pre-WO. i hate the pill form. the pills are kinda big and its annoying. would definantly rather have a powder. im not sure why they would have you take 6 before and 6 after, but those are the directions. i do not beleive this has a stimulant in it, so if you need something to give you the jitters dont buy it. i couldnt tell a huge difference between this and any other pre-WO/creatine stack. honestly i think im gonna try cellulor C4 which i heard thermolife sold their patent to. from what i have read on bodybuilding.com creatine nitrates are slightly Superior which makes me want to stick with the nitrates. otherwise my personal opinion was ravage was my pre-WO of choice with some extra creatine.
