My first Muscle Pharm product. Appears to have a pretty decent profile of recovery ingredients. It's very sweet though, which can be a little tough to stomach after a hard workout. In order for the taste to be manageable, you need to use at least the recommended amount of water which I believe is 20oz (for one scoop). That's a lot of liquid to down in one shot, especially if you have a pre-workout meal/shake, hydrate during your workout and then have to slam this at the end. For the above reasons, I've gone to a half scoop with a smaller amount of water which is much easier to handle. I also mix in a scoop of plain whey protein and creatine which makes a pretty solid recovery drink in my opinion. I wish it had more protein aside from the aminos but overall it seems like a pretty decent product.

But I use this product after long mma training, and it really does help you recover. Again, I would give it a higher review but it tastes bad. Maybe try fruit punch or orange mango instead?

I find that after lifting heavy or an especially hard work out, this really hits the spot. Less muscle fatigue and 'shakes' afterwards. Also, i'm less sore the next day and ready to go again.
