Disappointed in every way

I'm not sure if I got a bad batch or if the product is really this bad. First off I was in the market for a new pre-workout because I have been on Super Pumps Max for a while and just needed a break. I absolutely love Aftershock post-workout from Myogenix, so I figured Hypershock would be a suitable pre-workout. I'll try and keep this quick with a few bullet points.-The taste is horrific (think juice diluted in dirty water)-Some of the worst jitters I've experienced from any pre-workout-Very bad nausea that lasts well after my workout-Complete lack of pumps (in fact I noticed more pumps without it)-Muscle weakness (I almost feel sick while using it)In summation, my experience was that not only does Hypershock fail to deliver on any of its promises, but it only seems to have negative effects. I'm aware that pre-workouts can affect each person differently, but I have used many different types (n.o. explode, jack3d, super pumps, and hemovol just to name a few) and have never experienced anything like this. I got every side effect in the book and as far as I could tell not a single positive.

Tried from a Fitness shop

I am currently training for the military and sometimes I admit it is very difficult to get motivated. I wanted to try something that wasn't completely loaded with Chemicals that will leave you jittery afterwards or sick. This product also doesn't contain any chemicals currently banned by the military. The pro's to it (for me anyway; keep in mind everyone is different about how these type of products effect their body) is a long steady flow of energy that doesn't make you feel like your skin is on fire or that your head is going to explode. This product is ideally designed for Cardio athletes. I use it to run 140 meter sprints(repeat 17 times to get roughly 1.5 miles) and Long Slow distance runs (4-5 miles) and doing 500-1500 meters in a pool. So far I do not have any dependency (can't work out with out it type situations) issues. I also use this for Calisthenics training, and it helps greatly but allowing me to push an extra ten to 20 reps out of each exercises (push ups, pull ups, sit ups, different types of push ups etc...) Over all I rate this product 5 of 5 for effectiveness and 4.8 of 5 for ease of mixing. (You must STIR this pre workout. not shake. DO NOT SHAKE. Or you'll get a ton of foam and pretty much useless serving of product.

Fantastic Pre-Workout!

I have been using this product for about 5 months now and I have loved every minute of it! It manages to still give me abundant energy and focus this far along with using it, and I am only using one and a half scoops! The taste is alright, but for the effects that it has, it is better than anything else I have tried. B vitamins are a big part of this product and no DMAA is always a plus. This is perfect for anyone with serious fitness goals. Whether you are taking half a scoop or the maximum of two, depending on your tolerance and workout level, you will feel it.

Muscle-Link Creatine

I've tried a bunch different brands of creatine over the years, for the price and effects this brand has given me, I would rate this one the highest of them all. Nothing fancy about it, but does the job nicely. I would recommend to mix it with some type of sugary drink, this makes a huge difference in strength gain and retention. I tried stacking longjack (Longjack 200:1 Bulk Powder 50 Grams) during my last cycle and the gains I got in the gym were insane. Those testosterone supplements can really make a difference but be prepared for a toned down version of roid rage, at least for me aggression increased a lot. I am looking to put on 30 lbs over the next year, this combo is getting me there quicker than I thought.

First go at creatine...

I've never used creatine before and started working out with it three weeks ago. It's hard to throw down hard numbers to gauge whether or not it's working for me. I will say, however, that I have noticed a slight boost in my workouts. I contribute this to a combination of things I've changed in my routine and lifestyle, one of which is adding this powder to my diet. For the price, it's a good deal and I am happy I started with this brand and quantity.

endurance for sure

Many people are saying that ethyl ester creatine is a load of crap compared to monohydrate. Indeed you won't get the water mass that many enjoy as a not so real muscle gain, but with that comes the bloating. This gives you no water size or bloating and also gives you plenty of endurance. The increase in strength might be attributed to good work ethic in the gym but combine that with CE2 and you will be impressed. I've tried monohydrate and I do think the combo packages that come with other boosters and suger do give more initial jolts when starting off in the gym, but this is a clean supplement support. No trouble sleeping and at half the dosage it tells you to take you will feel a difference when you realize you've spent over an hour and a half working out and you know you can go even further.

It works if you do

I have used this product for a long time. I started with regular creatine, but I read that the active ingredient in this product (creatine ethyl-ester hydrochloride) is a good choice for women as it does not cause the water retention/bloating that regular creatine can cause. This product is not magic!! Results require exercise. But, it definitely reduces recovery time. I'm able to go to the gym every day, whereas otherwise I would be too sore. The ability to work out more often = better results! It doesn't cause any bulking up. Strangely, I've also tried the CE2 Hi-Def, which is more expensive and has the same amount of the active ingredient. It does absolutely nothing for me. I have no explanation for that, but I can say that this product works if you're willing to put in the effort. Every four weeks or so, I'll take 7-10 days off from it. I'm not sure that's necessary, but I'm told it's a good practice.

Definitely worth it.

I'm new to creatine products. Well actually to all supplements. I was lifting a few times a week since January. Started at 175. Didn't really commit to it until late may. I started lifting 195. In July I started looking for a product that would increase my endurance so I can take my lifting to the next level. After some research I decided MRI was the best brand to go with. I had seen a cousin of mine use a creatine supplement and saw what it did for him. I did notice he seemed a little bloated and puffy but saw the a difference none the less. I was attracted to CE2 because it was advertised as a product with no water retention. I purchased a 180 cap bottle at the end of July and started taking it in the beginning of August. It is now August 26th and I am now lifting 225. I did not experience any bloating at all. My muscles didn't ache the next day allowing me to work out comfortably. I did exercise nearly every day during the month of August with maybe 1 rest day or sometimes 2. My diet wasn't anything special (i love chinese food =P). This was an amazing product. Did everything it is advertised to do. Haven't used any other creatine supplements before and don't plan to because i'm sticking with CE2. I do however plan to stack with NO2 black once i get the monies!

Fantastic for the price

If you're on a tight budget, or just don't see the need to spend more than $15-$20 for whichever protein you get, the Body Fortress brand is very solid. Between this and BELDT: Force Thermogenic I've been getting everything I need for noticeable gains in lean muscularity. I don't train incredibly heavy, so these are really all I need for recuperation and shredding. I also love how the BF protein mixes very easily (contains whey protein concentrate and isolate) and has plenty of aminos and other recovery agents (glycine, creatine monohydrate, taurine, theonine, L-glutamine, leucine, valine, isoleucine). Tastes pretty good, too (I like chocolate best). Very complete and well-rounded for your dollar. 5 stars.

Great for Recovery!!! I take Optimum Nutrition and Body Fortress

UPDATE:I finished the Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein - Strawberry so I bought a large tub of Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Whey Protein. After a week of use, I realize that the Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein is a far superior for recovery with their 'recovery mix' included in their whey protein (Creatine, Taurine, L-Glutamine, etc...). I very much prefer it after work outs to the ON Gold Standard. I prefer the ON protein in the morning and pre-work out. It doesn't have the recovery blend and is much more subtle.Strawberry in both flavors taste decent, the Body Fortress is a bit sweet and tastier than the ON Strawberry but both are fine. They both mix well, the Body Fortress does have a few crystals sometimes, the ON is a finer powder and gets everywhere as find dust.I work out 4-6 days a week depending on fatigue. The results so far are promising just in 4 weeks.. I'm retaining lean muscle, which is especially important after I've started running at least 2-3 miles a day and 4-5 miles on cardio/carb days (essentially every other day)and I've increased strength and already pushing harder after my rest day each week. (you have to put the time and challenge yourself for results). I've changed my daily diet as well to high protein and low carb so realize it takes more than just a protein shake to really get results. I'm taking in carbs in fruits, vegetables, rices and pastas for the low carb part of my diet.The price is good at $15 for 2 lbs if you grab a couple 2lbs tubs with free delivery. I really missed the Creatine, Taurine, L-Glutamine in the Body Fortress blend and had to get it even though I have a 5lbs tub of Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard.Conclusion:This is a far superior 'recovery' whey protein/recovery blend for after work outs compared to the Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard. I like the ON Gold Standard in the morning and just before I work out.

I AM A CANCER SURVIVOR .I HAVE TROUBLE SWALLOWING MOST FOODS .THIS GIVES ME MOST OF MY PROTIEN .I USE MILK AND ICE CREAM WITH IT.

This tastes great. It has just the perfect blend of spices to really make you tastebuds sing! I usually buy the chocolate or cappuccino flavors but this makes a nice break from those. It is perfect for berries, kale or spinach additions.

Mmm good!

For me I consider this a great aid in weight reduction. After having it for breakfast it will carry me through until I have my lunch. It is very nutritious also. It definitely was a great choice for me. Amazon is the place for me to shop for a lot of things.
