Booster

It is the testosterone levels that sort out which body builders are more likely to look bigger and better in the gym. Clomidex helps to keep oestrogen levels at bay so allowing my testosterone levels to thrive. I usually work out five times a week but sometimes do six and most of the other guys inside put me onto this. I showed some of the other builders and they were impressed with the extreme potency on the label. I am hoping this will boost my body even more in the near future.

Tokkyo Nutrition Clomidex

I'll have to give TN Clomidex and Winnie-V and 3 out of five. While I've had other products that have not worked at all in the past, this one has had some effect. I have noticed a bit of difference, but not anywhere near TN claims to have. Maybe it's just me, since my body is a bit tolerant to a lot of supplements. I usually have to take a bit more of the recommended dose to see it work. I do High Intensity Training religiously. Clomidex is supposed to suppress estrogen, it doesn't boost testosterone that I know of, and so I can't tell if it works 100% or not.

Does what they say it will do.

I am completely satisfied with this product. I am a 52 year old man that works out about an hour 3 days a week. my chest, abs, and arms look better than when i was in high school. I am a pharmacist and I recommend this product to anyone looking for a supplement to weight training. And it keeps getting cheaper.

Pretty Solid Product...but!

I have been on No2 Black for 3 weeks now. I have to warn you though, DO NOT START OFF TAKING THE MAX DOSE RIGHT OFF THE BAT!!!! I am 5'10 and weigh 165. The dosage on the bottle for my weight says to take 4 pills in the morning and 4 before lunch. The first day I followed the bottle. I immediately came down with the most splitting headache ever! It caused me to vomit, and I had chills and a fever. I was fine the next morning. I think it was just my body's reaction to that much arginine at once. So I decided to drop the dosage to 2/2 for a week, then 3/3, and now I am up to 4/4 in my 3rd week. I've never had a headache again.Ok, so how well does this stuff work? Well, you feel it immediately. Even on the low dosage I felt something weird in my muscles all day. You can feel the increased blood flow. I wouldn't say you have a full on "pump" the entire day...but you definately look more swollen and even more toned at times throughout the day. The pump you get during your workouts are unbelievable! This is what sold me. I've been working out my whole life, and I've never experienced the pumps in the gym like I do while on No2. It won't dramtically increase your strength or endurance, but it does a little. I have seen more gains than normal, but nothing crazy. I think it's more mental. You see yourself looking and feeling better so you push harder. Not sure if it's the No2 or just in your head...lolBut, I have to admit...I look better on this stuff. It may not have the same effect on everyone, but it makes me more cut and toned. Some people who mix it with creatine get more of the swollen and pumped look. I get more of the pump and cut look. (which I prefer)It's a good product...just be careful with the dosage when you start. I did research, and not everyone gets the headaches...but if you do, trust me they are bad! Worst headache you'll ever feel...good luck

Good, but I switched back to using Nitro Powerstorm

I got back into working out after not working out for almost 10 years. I?m 29 years old and I know that the right supplements can REALLY make your weightlifting more effective and enjoyable. NO2 black was something I tried after using Nitro Powerstorm for quite a while. I read good reviews for this though, and I was willing to switch if it did a significantly better job. So, I got NO2 black and started using it religiously. At first, I didn?t even notice that I had switched to something other than Nitro Powerstorm. It felt like I was using the same thing, and getting the same results. I had great stamina at the gym, I had a lot more pump, and I felt great. My strength and muscle size gains were consistently going up and I was stoked. But, I noticed after a little while that I was getting the runs after taking it. Mostly I noticed it while I was at the gym, and then for about 2 hours after taking my recovery protein shake. I wasn?t used that happening, so I backed up a little bit and realized it was probably this supplement, because I hadn?t changed anything else. Anyway, I switched back to Nitro Powerstorm and I was fine after that. I had great strength gains and a whole lot of stamina while working out, but I didn?t have to run to the bathroom every 15 minutes while taking it. So, I think that this product is good, and most likely not that many people will have the same problem as me while taking it. However, I?d like to avoid using it in the future.

It works!

I am always a skeptic on stuff like this. However, I am a believer of Sportlegs. The lactic acid buildup (thus burn) during a training or racing event is eliminated. So then the recovery is much better! I like the fact that there is no "loading"...just take an hour before the effort.I had my sis-n-law take it before running a half marathon. I didn't tell her much other than "take this dose". I joined her as a "bandit" runner in the first mile...after a few miles she said, "what did you give me? My legs have never felt this good during a run!" Her recovery was great over the next two days...she ordered a bottle and vowed to "never be without it!"I have also had similar results...it is not a "magic pill", but it will add to your exercise enjoyment and aid you in training and racing harder!

Great if you understand the expectations

As a triathlete, I go between swimming, cycling, running, and strength training in various degrees throughout the season. I use Sport Legs for every cycling and strength training workout. The product does exactly what it claims to, but understand what that is.Sport Legs will:- help to buffer the buildup of lactic acid so you can go do more reps on the weights or climb stronger on the bike- help flush the lactic acid buildup after a strong effort so that you can get back to your normal cadence and power output faster after climbing (or a hard interval) or help you recover more quickly between sets in the gym.Sport Legs will not:- completely eliminate lactic acid burn, but you will have a higher threshold and recover quickly after the effort- turn you into Craig Alexander or Lance Armstrong. During sprint triathlons, I picked up roughly 0.5 mph on my average due to the ability to hold the effort longer. During long training rides (50 - 75 miles) I picked up a similar amount, but where I found the most benefit is on hilly rides where I picked up close to 1 mph thanks to the ability to recover faster after climbing.Bottom line is to understand what the product is designed to do, and it does it well. Especially when you are training 5 - 7 days a week, flushing the lactic acid out of your muscles quickly will help you recover faster so your next workout is a quality one.Note: I haven't experimented much with sports legs on just a run. Certainly there is a difference on a brick run after the bike ride thanks to what it does on the bike. If you use it or try for your runs, let us know if you noticed any difference.

Best price -- good supplement

If you've never used this stuff you should try it. I am an avid cyclist and it seems that I am able to go longer and harder when using it. This was the best price I was able to find once shipping was factored in.

Tasty Source of Protein

I started making my own diet shakes with the About Time Whey Isolate protein as the base. I put 2/3 of a scoop of this in 12 ounces of almond milk, add 1 TBS of Now Foods Psyllium Husk Power (fiber), and usually 1/2 to 1 cup of frozen fruit(s) and blend it. Two meals per day are replaced with shakes - I usually do one for breakfast and one for dinner. I keep each shake under a total of 45 carbs. I also take 2 Now Foods Liquid Multi Gel Vitamins with the morning shake. After 8 weeks I have lost 22 pounds. All the ingredients, except the frozen fruit, are available on Amazon. Sometimes I have peanut butter added as well and even have added other nuts on occasion. Adding spices like cinnamon and other flavors like baking cocoa are a good idea too.

Better than Others I've Tried

I made a fruit smoothie with a banana, blueberries, and a Tbsp of Flax using a Blendtec blander. I am pleasantly surprised at the taste. It's not too sweet. I taste the vanilla and fruit, but not the flax. Very good!

Very good

Taste is reasonably good, which honestly, is saying something for a protein shake with no nasty incredients. Good product, high quality, mixes very well, with no artificial anything. If you are looking for desert, go eat ice cream. If you want a quick quality, easy to make and drink protein shake at a good price, then here is your product. We mix it with unsweetened almond milk and even my picky 13 year old daughter likes to drink a half a serving with her breakfast.

GREAT TASTING, SUGAR FREE RECOVERY DRINK!

Initial thoughts / Mixability / Taste / EnergyUsed 1 scoop initially as the packaging advises to consume within 30 minutes following workout.Mixability 10/10The mixabilty was great. No clumping like other powders, easy to mix in my shaker bottle, easy to consume.Taste 10/10Product is "Citrus Punch" flavored. The taste was higher than expected- No aftertaste or wanting to chug it down. Not too sweet and I would compare it to Kool-Aid only without the sugar as this recovery drink is sugar free.Prevention of DOMS (Delayed onset muscle syndrome) 10/10I'm a believer in putting in 110% each and [I]every[I] workout. You get out what you put in so I don't short change my training so DOMS is almost always a contributing factor.After day one of using it up to 2x day (during cardio, and immediately post-weights) I have a experienced a lesser amount of DOMS as iSatori claims RESTORAID can assist with. Since I'm still in my cutting phase for an up-coming photo shoot RESTORAID not only helps me with recovery, but also helps curve my sweet-tooth I occasionally get.

It Works

I used to take the original NO2 back in the day and it was good but nothing like this. I currently weigh 300 lbs. I am fat, out of shape, 40 years old and a smoker. I do still have a lot of muscle though from when I used to train and weighed 220. Which was about 6 years ago. I have struggled at the gym not having the stamina I used too. I usually did not have the energy to weight train for 20 to 30 minutes then do cardio for 20 to 30 minutes. I started training again on January 2nd and I was struggling I have lost 10lbs since my start but it feels slow. On friday January 18th I worked biceps and triceps and I was exhausted after 20 minutes. I was perplexed that after almost 3 weeks I couldn't go longer. I went to my GNC and saw this on sale and decided to try it. On Saturday the 19th, I mixed it up half an hour before I went to the gym and drank it( it isnt the greatest tasting thing though). When I got to the gym I felt good I pushed myself to levels I hadn't been able to achieve in years working out chest and legs. I trained for an hour and a half then did cardio for 30 minutes then shot a little hoops as well. I was not tired, not in pain and felt great. I figured I was going to pay for this the next day. Well, no today I worked biceps and triceps again and shoulders went for an hour then did 55 minutes on the treadmill with a 6 slope. All I can say is WOW! This product seems to be the real deal and I can see myself getting back to where I was once thanks to this. I highly recommend this product and will be buying more. Hope this helps.

NO2 Hemo Surge

I like this preworkout supplement a lot because it doesn't contain creatine and I am able to use it on my off days to train lightly while giving my liver and kidneys a break from all the stacking. Though it is an effective pwo when stacked properly.. imo, using this with secretagogue-one (hgh precursor) is very effective. If you're familiar with MRI's Black Powder, this isn't as good, BUT, when taken alone, Hemo Surge is a very good aphrodisiac; which is why I will always keep a bottle of this in my cabinet.STACK:-Hemo Surge-Twin Lab's Protein Fuel (taken W/PWO)-Multi Vitamin (miracle 2000)-secretagogue-one (HGH precursor)(*Important*)-Astravar* (one capsule before workout)(*This stuff is freakin amazing*;check the reviews out on bodybuildingCOM)

My standby for a protein powder

I started using this product about two years ago to help provide some early-morning nutrition in lieu of a regular breakfast on days when I was in a hurry and to provide additional protein to supplement my diet for weight training and running.I have tried other protein powders before this and since, but I've found that they are either too sweet or have a strange 'chemical' taste or aftertaste. (This includes one of Biochem's other protein products as well). I have only tried this in chocolate, so I don't have an opinion on any of the other flavors (a review of another product suggested vanilla is a good way to go since you can mix it with fruit, etc., to mask the taste if you don't like it).UPS mixes fairly well - I normally add just enough water to make it a somewhat thicker, milkshake consistency. It seems to help to use cool (but not cold) water to help it blend better when mixing by hand. This would probably not be an issue if you use a blender.Most of the other products seem to have equivalent ingredients, so taste (and quality / lack of toxic compounds) is my primary criterion for a protein powder. Taste is subjective, so try a smaller quantity before purchasing one of the larger sizes.If you haven't found a protein powder that you actually like, I'd recommend trying this one.
