Brilliant Endurance Supplement

I tried this on a sponsored hundred-mile bike ride and loved. It doesn't really add a flavor to the water and helps replace electrolytes lost on the ride. I use this stuff for any ride over 10 miles. If I start getting cramps I drink this stuff and the cramps go away. The bottle is the perfect size to fit in my saddle bag and lasted me about a year. Both my dad and I use this stuff all the time.

Great Buy!

My hubby and I recently started running and watching calories. We needed something that added electrolytes without adding calories and hubby found this. It is GREAT! We shared it with other people in our running group and they are also now using it. I don't find it has a taste but some people may think it has a slight salty taste. If that happens just put in less drops. It is a very good product...and did I mention no calories like those sports drinks???? :)

Not for sensitive stomachs

Did you ever see the movie Wedding Crashers? Remember the dinner scene when they put drops in a guy's water and he spends the rest of the night on the toilet?Yeah, well. I'm not saying this was the product they used, but it had similar affect on me. I even tried quarter of the dose and still had the same reaction.I despise flavoring & sweeteners in my water and was (am) looking for a simple electrolyte addition for my hot yoga water bottles -- unfortunately this one didn't seem to help *me* with hydration. Your mileage may vary.One note tho, according to the ingredients listed on the label, this is predominantly sea water, with other salts and more water and potassium chloride (last ingredient) added. It has a greasy look and taste. And I definitely DID taste it.
