Once I drink this stuff its only a matter of time until the only thing in the world I am focused on is hitting the weights. I make every set count when I am on this stuff. My focus on form is also amazing. I can lift the heaviest weights possible with great form while on this stuff which is pretty amazing.I would suggest try mixing some trib and daa in with it if you are looking to build muscle (Tribulus Terrestris 90% Bulk Powder 25 Grams + FREE Primaforce D-Aspartic Acid 100 Grams). Pretty much the the only testosterone boosters I really feel comfortable taking and actually make an impact on my lifts. Pretty effective for not being the real thing if you know what I mean.I definitely had strength increases across the board with these supps. Its not like a lot of other supplements I have tried for pre-workout, very mild energy but clean and lasting. What stands out for me is I fly thru every lift with ease and barely need any rest between sets.

MY THOUGHTS IN SHORTENERGY: 10/10I couldn’t believe the difference. I work long hours and like any other person I get tired. Once I allowed 20-30 minutes to digest - It’s like I got hit by a ray of light.. Amazing.STRENGTH: 10/10As mentioned above I reached personal bests on all my lifts.PUMP: 10/10I loved the pump Assault gave me, I couldn’t help but notice my veins were coming out after every set - even before I arrive at the gym I noticed my vascularity had come up quite dramatically.TASTE: 10/10After enjoying the Orange and Mango flavor I thought it would be a great idea to test some of the other flavors; so far I’ve had the chance to try Green Apple and Raspberry Lemonade. All equal in taste - however, the Green Apple left quite a bitter after taste.CONCLUSION: 10/10I cannot talk higher about a supplement than MusclePharm Assault. It has become an important part of my supplement plan - I’ve even got my wife jumping on it and she has noticed an incredible change to her workouts. Well done MP, you’ve got me forever.

I'm not a big fan of pre-workout supplements. Other than this product earlier I tried USP Labs Jack3D(old formula) and it was awesome. It is nothing as compared to Jack3D. After a long break of more than a year when I started to lift again I thought to try some pre-workout stuff to get me going. I brought this after reading that new Jack3D is a waste of money. I'm giving it 3 stars because:1. It gives a little bit boost in workout,however nothing significant as compared to Jack3D.2. It speeds up recovery.3. No crash.4. Taste is okay.Now the cons:1. Serious side effects if I take a full scoop: i) Restlessness ii) trouble sleeping iii) stomach problem, gas,running to bath room frequently :) iv) Increased heart beatMy suggestion is, if you buy this product first try 1/2 scoop and if you feel okay then only try full scoop.2. The scoop size is huge.
