Great for Training Aid That Doesn't Contain Stimulants

SyntheSize is N.O. Shotgun without the stimulants. N.O. Shotgun is an incredible stimulant. If you're training late at night, however, Shotgun is not the right product. Moreover, if you're sensitive to stimulants, Shotgun is not right for you.With SyntheSize, you get the insane pumps and an energy boost from the creatine, protein, and branch chain amino acids (BCAAs). It won't keep you up at night.When I'm on a low-carb diet, I take SyntheSize post-workout. It feeds your hungry muscles without carbohydrates.I think the taste of black-cherry-flavored SyntheSize is fantastic. I mix it with several ice cubes. It tastes like a diet soda without the fizz.Highly recommended.

Great post w/o recovery w/out the sugar

A post w/o formula with no carbs?? You bet!As anyone with training experience knows, immediately post workout is traditionally the time to create a massive insulin spike via sugary carbs. I realize this and I am certainly not an "all carbs are bad" person.However, incredibly, this product gets the job done w/out all the sugar/carbs. It is perfect for anyone who is looking to add muscle without gaining fat (aren't we all eventually aiming for this?). In terms of long term general health, I also feel more comfortable with a product like this rather than consistently slamming the 40-70 grams of sugary carbs found in other post w/o formulas.One tip- This product, regretably, does not contain glutamine. So, add 5 grams of micronized glutamine to NO Synthesize for the ultimate post w/o formula.

Great for after workout recovery

I've been stacking the NO SyntheSize with the NO Shotgun for the last 2 and a half months and I have to say that I've had some pretty awesome results. I've definitely put on a good amount of mass and have consistently progressed in adding more weight to my lifts. The only downside that I find is that I have trouble falling asleep at night. But other than that it tastes good and I can certainly see the results. I haven't tried any flavors other than the Exotic Fruit.
