The fact that it says 240 ct can be misleading when you find out the serving size. They say to take 8 after you work out, that can be annoying trying to choke down 8 pretty good size capsules. If you have any difficulty swallowing pill, I would not recammend this product.

i only take these on lift days. cant say they do wonders, but ive noticed a difference in energy levels especially after my workouts. i take about 10-11g at a time, ony gripe is thats like a milion pills! but, it beats the powdered form of BCAAs anyday. that stuff is nasty.

I was a fan of glutamine in powder form for over a decade until I came across this product. It helps so much to retain solid state and not have that tired soar muscle after the gym. I am never soar with this product. The best way to take this is to have -4- 30minutes prior to workout and 4 right after your workout. I will be picking more up as I run out.5 stars all the way!!!.
