Best fiber I've ever used!

Quite simply, this is the most complete fiber product I've ever found. Surprisingly, I didn't find it at the health food store -- but rather a body building supply shop! The product description pretty much tells it all. Probiotics, Soluble and Insoluble fiber (Fibersol 2, oat, pea, & bamboo), and digestive enzymes to help you get more out of your meal. You get about 50 scoops out of each container, so the cost is reasonable compared to buying all those components by themselves.

Great fiber supplement!

Have been using this product for a few months now and it keeps me regular. I mainly eat a high protein diet with only a few servings of fruits/vegetables per day, so this supplement helps me get my daily requirements of fiber. I recommend this product if you struggle to meet your daily fiber needs, especially to athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and body builders who consume a high protein diet.BTW because my diet is lacking in fruits/vegetables, I also take Opti-men multi-vitamin to meet all of my nutritional requirements. It also provides extra extracted nutrients that you don't find in a standard multi.

Mix it with your protein, and digest it like a breeze (without the gas...)

I've found my general digestive health to be much improved after adding this, and the occasional dose of flax seeds to my protein shakes.Pretty much prevents the common side effect of excess gas when consuming protein powders (tried with whey, whey hydrolysate and casein and works a charm).
