Best Results I've had with Creatine

I've supplemented whey protein for the last 12 years of my life. I started taking creatine when cell-tech first hit the market, I was the first one in my gym to take. Gained 12 pounds in 7 days. Yeah it was a loading phase but I kept half of the weight afterwards which if you take creatine, you realize the significance.This is the first time I have taken Citruline Malate. I have read good things about beta alanine too and decided to stack them during my next creatine cycle -Primaforce Citrulline Malate 200 Grams + FREE Beta Alanine 250 Grams Powder. Never even heard of Citruline Malate until reading about it on bodybuilding dot com.I am about a month in I figured enough time passed to accurately review this stuff. Bottom-line, i am now a believer. My gains can be compared to the first time I tried creatine, solid. But to further that my recovery rate has literally been cut in half. My leg day is brutal and will take 4 days minimum before I can walk down a flight of stairs without wincing. Two days after my leg day I feel like I could do them again and trust me I tested this out to make sure I didn't take it easy on my last workout. Next time you do legs try the 20/20 leg workout. That's doing 20 sets of squats BUT taking the weight you do with ten reps and somehow finding a way to do 20 reps with for 20 sets. I did this and still legs are nothing but a little bit tight in the evening of the second day after.The only variable that changed is the addition of these supplements (and the creatine which I cycle pretty routinely). I cannot vouch for these products without the addition of creatine but there is something going on here and they are worth a serious look.

Great stuff!

I picked up PRIMAFORCE Citrulline Malate to use as a caffeine free pre-workout supplement along with Beta Alanine. My intention was to use it for a month while I cycle off of a pre-workout supplement that I used for 3 months that contained caffeine... This combination is amazing! Not only was my energy level very high approximately 20-30 minutes after taking it, (as well as the tingles from the Beta Alanine), but my endurance was increasing by the day!!. After 2 weeks I was pushing through my workouts with the same energy I started with!! I'm 45, so for me this was huge!! I like this combination so much that I now add it to the original pre-workout supplement I was taking prior to trying this. I take 2 level scoops of Citrulline Malate (4000 mgs total) along with 2 scoops of Beta Alanine (1000 mgs total) 30 - 45 minutes prior to working out. I also take 1 scoop of each and add it to a bottle of water to take "during" my workouts... Some may comment about the bitterness, but it's not that bad if you down it quickly. And once I started adding it to my pre-workout supplement (DS Craze - Candy Grape), it actually tasted great!! The flavors compliment each other very well... I highly recommend!!

Great Product

I take this along with Beta-Alanine pre workout on both my weight training days and my road training (cycling). As for value if taking their recommended dose 2 grams (2 scoops) this will last 100 days. I would consider this pretty good when compared to other sports nutrition products, which more often than not requires you to repurchase every couple months. As for taste, if mixed with just water, a very tart lemonade comes to mind, i personally like it. I have also mixed it with orange juice with similar results. As for its effectiveness, to put it very simply, workout "burn" is significantly mitigated when taking this product. There are plenty of sources online that can elaborate on this biological action. I wont go on a long training ride without first taking this as its ability to buffer lactic acid greatly increases my hill climbing stamina. Note this is not going to make you superman but along with a solid training program and sound nutrition this will be a nice compliment to your regime. Finally i would like to add that there is no noticeable immediate side effects when taking this product. I cant comment on long term effects but you will not feel as if you "took something", when dosing this. Great product i will be purchasing this again. Thanks
