If you are a athlete then you know how important it is to stay hydrated. Its also super important to find a product that works with your body. I have gone back to the natural products and Skratched is the way to go. Make sure you use a Lock Lock or some air tight container for this especially if you are in a hot location as it can get lumpy. Good taste and works well. KP

I like the flavor. Not too sweet and no artificial colors. I have used for two 60 mile and one 110 mile ride along with bars and gels and it worked well.

Needed more electrolytes midweek to prevent cramping during weekend races. This is a great, natural product based alternative to most drink mixes or what you can buy at the gas station. I used it all summer to stay hydrated and it is great.Only downside is that it looks so similar to the exercise hydration mix bag, that I have mistakenly ordered, and mistakenly packed the wrong bag on a few occasions.
