I worked out for 8 months straight last year but ended up having to quit for about 5 months due to school. Two weeks ago I found out I had one month to prepare for the difficult fire fighter physical test. I bought this supplement to help me. Boy does it work!! It's only beed two weeks of pushing really hard at the gym and my legs and butt are already as big as they were after working out for 8 months last year. I wish I'd found this stuff before!

It gives you headaches even when you drinking lots of water. So I wouldn't recommend the product to anyone in the future .
