First off this is a protein drink so, those of you that say it doesn't taste like peanut butter its not suppose too again its a protein drink I drink one everytime I workout you have to shake it before you drink it it makes the flavor taste better its a good product helps you build muscle and keeps you lean

I like how much protein is in a can but it's too much to drink for its taste. I could barely taste any peanut butter & I thought it was awful, but I did (and still do) use it to make a smoothie with; adding a banana, plain yogurt, and ground flax seed - this helped tremendously.

My daughter throws the shot-put and discus - went to the semi-statelast year in high school. she rec'd a partial college scholarship fortrack.But anywhy - as a pharmacist and someone who loves to lift weightswe were looking for a very high protein drink with at least 3GM offiber that tasted good. This drink fits the bill.She drinks these for breakfast at least 5 days a week. She has droppeda little weight and her strength has improved considerably. Her benchwent from 140 to 165 1 rep max. Pretty good for a girl with a body weightaround 145.Several guys on her college football team are now drinking this as well.
