Good quality, not great solubility

Being that this is creapure, you can be sure it's pure creatine without any contaminants. However, I don't believe this is micronized creatine. And apparently, creatine only works once it's dissolved. In order to get this creatine to be fully dissolved you need to mix it with warm/hot water.

The RIGHT Stuff - Pure German CreaPure

I have looked all over to find the real deal and this is it. None of that nonsense creatine mix or questionable sources, this is the real deal 100% pure German Creapure, the best you can buy. And this is a good-sized container unlike what you'd get in a health food store IF you could even find it, I couldn't, only tiny pill bottles. The powder is great, dissolves well, its tasteless, what more could you want?

Does its job

I just recently started taking creatine, for the first time in YEARS. I've been doing high intensity work outs (crossfit) for a few years and was recently looking for a little extra boost. All the research I did said Creatine Monohydrate was the best kind and also that you wanted to make sure it was 'pure'. This brand seemed to fit the bill. I've been taking it for approx 3 weeks now and definitely notice an increase in strength and also muscle definition. I would buy this again.Also, I use Cytosports protein and think its great as well. So all my experience w/ Cytosport has been good.
